Intentional

There's purpose in each image. Portraits start conversations, product photos create desire.

My inspiration comes from natural light, honest storytelling, and the beautiful imperfection of real life and nature.

I’ve spent the past 17 years photographing weddings, families, couples, and empowering sessions — each one teaching me how deeply meaningful it is to be trusted with someone’s memories. What started as a simple love for capturing beautiful moments has grown into a full-time passion, a business, and a calling I’m truly grateful for.

Over the years, I’ve photographed hundreds of sessions, worked in all kinds of locations and lighting situations, and learned how to help even the most camera-shy people feel confident and comfortable. I’ve studied posing, lighting, storytelling, and editing to ensure every gallery I deliver feels consistent, warm, and full of emotion. Whether I’m guiding you through an engagement session, celebrating with you on your wedding day, or capturing the quiet magic of everyday life, I bring years of experience, calm direction, and a whole lot of heart. My goal is always the same: to create images that feel honest, beautiful, and uniquely you.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

If this is your first photoshoot, don’t worry — you’re in great hands! Most of my clients haven’t been in front of a professional camera before, and it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous at first. My sessions are relaxed, guided, and full of natural prompts to help you loosen up and have fun.

I’ll walk you through everything from posing to where to put your hands, and I’ll hype you up the entire time. You don’t need to know how to “model” — you just need to show up as yourself. I’ll help with posing, movement, outfits, and even picking a location that fits your vibe. Within a few minutes, you’ll forget there’s a camera and start enjoying the moment.

Just breathe, trust the process, and be ready to laugh — that’s when the magic happens.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel within 50 miles is included in your session price at no extra cost. If your photoshoot is outside of my usual service area, a small travel fee may apply to cover mileage, time, or any necessary accommodations.

Before you book, I’ll always let you know exactly what (if any) travel costs would be, so there are never any surprises. If you're dreaming of a specific location or planning a session a little farther out, just reach out — I’m always happy to travel for beautiful places and beautiful people!

Can you recommend any good locations?

Yes, absolutely! I have a list of favorite locations that photograph beautifully — from golden fields and mountain views to downtown spots and cozy, tucked-away corners with great light.

When you book, I’ll ask a few questions about the vibe you’re going for (romantic, urban, nature, cozy, etc.), and then I’ll send over some options that fit your style. We can also shoot somewhere meaningful to you, like your home, a favorite coffee shop, or a special spot you love as a couple or family.

Together, we’ll pick a location that feels like you and helps bring your vision to life.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

No stress at all — I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. If the weather looks questionable, we’ll talk ahead of time and make a plan together.

Light clouds and overcast skies actually look gorgeous in photos, but if it’s raining heavily, storming, or just not giving the vibe you want, we can simply reschedule to the next available date.

I also have indoor studio options available, so if you’d prefer not to reschedule or want a cozy, controlled environment, we can easily move your session indoors instead.

Your comfort and experience matter just as much as the photos, and we’ll always choose the option that keeps everything fun, relaxed, and beautiful.
